Based on art. 586 of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health sector, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, and art. 1 of the Norms concerning the preparation, issuance and use of certificates of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dentists and pharmacists, approved by Government Decision, according to Decision no. 1/2007, as subsequently amended, the issuance of the Current Professional Certificate will be done according to the models published in MO 608/24.07.2019. (CN Decision no. 2/2019).
The Current Professional Certificate will be prepared by the College of Pharmacists of Romania and issued by the College of Pharmacists of Satu Mare.
The validity of the Current Professional Certificate is 3 months from the date of issuance.
The fee for issuing the Current Professional Certificate is 100 lei.
