Appeal routes

The decision of the Recognition Commission can be appealed only once, within 10 days from the communication, through a reasoned request submitted at the USV registry, sent by post or via PCUe.

In the situation where the applicant for recognition submits an appeal, the Rector appoints an appeal commission made up of three members, in which other persons than those from the Recognition Commission will be designated.

The members of the commissions will decline their participation in the case of a possible incompatibility specified by the regulations in force.

The results of the evaluation are recorded in a report that will be part of the recognition file and will be signed by all members of the appeals commission.

The duration for solving the appeal is a maximum of 10 working days from the date of registration of the appeal. The resolution term stipulated above can be extended in justified cases, the applicant being informed in writing, by postal courier or electronic mail.

The solution of the appeals commission, recorded in a report, can be challenged at the competent courts within the area of Suceava municipality.
