In the case of a decision of non-recognition of the didactic position obtained at a foreign higher education institution, the applicant may file an appeal within two working days from the date of communication of the evaluation result.

The appeal, addressed to the Rector, must be submitted in writing, registered at the DRU within UDG, and is resolved by an Appeal Review Committee appointed by the Rector’s decision. The Committee consists of 3 members, tenured teaching staff at UDG, other than those in the Evaluation Committee. (3) Appeals may be filed exclusively for non-compliance with legal procedures regarding the conduct of the evaluation process, only by the appellant and only regarding the request for which the file was submitted. (4) The decision of the Appeal Review Committee is final, is recorded in writing in a report that is forwarded to the Rector, signed by all Committee members, and communicated in writing to the appellant within three days from its issuance. (5) The appeal and the decision of the Appeal Review Committee are attached to the file of the applicant who submitted the appeal.
