This procedure is addressed to members of the College of Dental Physicians Caras Severin

The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proofs of professional honorability and morality of physicians, dentists and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National CMSR Council no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 300 lei according to the decision of the College of Dental Physicians Caras Severin Council
