Until April 30, city halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Statement regarding holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload in the section Necessary Documents - The list and Applications with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of notification and, if you are dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court under the conditions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and additions.
