By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a cover sheet - the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section - the Cover Sheet and Requests with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the provided solution, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days of communication and, if dissatisfied with the way the appeal is handled, you may address the court under the conditions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and additions.
