By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.

The legislation does not contain specific provisions regarding remedies, in the event of a dispute the common law provisions shall apply.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in a right or a legitimate interest by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal term, may address the competent administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
