This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the fiscal certificate for individuals within the Local Budget Revenue Directorate Sector 2.

- For Alienation Certificates* (buildings, land, vehicles) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be alienated.

- Obligations are considered paid when the Sector 2 Local Council treasury account has been debited and this is reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.

- Fiscal attestation certificates for the alienation of real estate (buildings, land) will be requested by the Public Notary where the sale deed is concluded. The documents will be stamped and electronically signed by the Public Notary and accompanied by power of attorney from the Seller / Sellers.
