This procedure regulates the method of online submission of requests regarding the performance of internships within bachelor's or master's degree programs in accordance with Order no. 3955/2008 of the Ministry of Education, Research, and Youth regarding the approval of the General Framework for organizing internships within bachelor's and master's degree programs and of the Model Agreement regarding the performance of internships within bachelor's or master's degree programs, within the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council.

The resolution deadlines according to art.8 para.(1) and art.9 of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of the activity of petition resolution, amended and completed by Law no. 233/2002 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of the activity of petition resolution are: “art.8(1) The notified authorities and public institutions have the obligation to communicate to the petitioner, within 30 days from the date of registration of the petition, the response, regardless of whether the solution is favorable or unfavorable. art.9 In the event that the issues raised by the petition require a more thorough investigation, the head of the authority or public institution may extend the deadline provided in art. 8 by no more than 15 days."
