The Central Unit or Territorial Branch for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals, with respect to the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before its expiration, a single extension can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the ANIF approval validity for which the extension is requested) and its verification in the field.
The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approvals issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a further extension of the approval’s validity is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the law, another ANIF approval.
ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
