The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the approval is 24 months. Before this period expires, a single extension of the approval may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested expires) and after verification on site.
The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and shall be made for a maximum period of 12 months. After this date, a new extension of the approval's validity is not possible, the applicant having to obtain, according to the law, another ANIF approval.
ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
