Copy of the identity document, in the case of individuals, and copy of the Single Registration Certificate, in the case of legal entities or registered individuals.*

Technical project with: a) Written parts Presentation memorandum of the work, indicating: the kilometer and meter positions (on the county road) of the beginning and end of the parallel route of the cable/pipe and of the undercrossings/overcrossings of the county road; the placement of the installation within the area of the county road (distances from the axis of the county road); brief description of the installation placement method (including references to the trench construction method, placement of poles, storage of excavated earth during works, equipment, materials and tools, execution of undercrossing/overcrossing of the county road, ensuring pedestrian traffic during works, if the work will be carried out in a locality, etc.); method of restoring affected areas; method of signaling the works; duration of the works. b) Drawn parts Zoning plan, at a convenient scale (1:2000); Site plan at a scale of 1:500, which shall include the installation route in the road area, specifying the distance from the axis of the county road, as well as the kilometer and meter positions on the county road for the beginning and end of the installation route and the undercrossings/overcrossings; Cross-sectional profiles, at the undercrossings/overcrossings (specifying the depth or height of installation placement - relative to the axis level of the county road) and for parallel installation along the county road - for specific zones (specifying the placement distance from the axis of the county road). The technical project must be signed by those who prepared and checked it.*
