This procedure regulates the method of registering means of transport for the purpose of determining the tax, in the case of legal entities, within the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees sector 6.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, with subsequent amendments and completions, an appeal may be filed against the measures ordered by the fiscal administrative act, which can be submitted, within 45 days from the notification, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Local Taxes and Duties Sector 6, under sanction of forfeiture.
