A natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the local public administration authority regarding a building, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law, may request a urbanism certificate.

For the issuance of the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the City Hall of Oltenita Municipality, submitting an application according to form F1 - APPLICATION for issuing the urbanism certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested will be entered: locality, cadastral number and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request.

Payment can also be made on www.ghiseul.ro. The department handling the application is the URBANISM DIRECTORATE
