The land registry extract for information accompanied by the extract from the cadastral plan, issued by the cadastre and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. Government Decision / County Council / Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national / county / local interest, under the conditions of the law, as applicable*

Technical documentation/Technical project prepared by a person certified and authorized in land improvement works (or verified by a project verifier certified in the field of land improvement) with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where applicable. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the documentation be certified by a project verifier certified in roads and bridges.*
