1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information act regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the real estate, as well as the specific urban requirements of the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of approved and endorsed urbanism documentation, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity.

2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace a construction/demolition permit and does not grant the right to execute construction works

The fee for the issuance of the Certificate shall be paid into account RO63TREZ27421180250XXXXX opened at the Moreni Treasury and is calculated as follows: for an area up to 150 sqm = 6 lei, for 151-250 sqm = 7 lei, for 251-500 sqm = 9 lei, for 501-750 sqm = 12 lei, for 751-1000 sqm = 14 lei, over 1000 sqm = 14 lei + 0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000 sqm.*
