This procedure describes how natural persons, citizens of another member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area, can request technical-professional certification, based on an examination, for the purpose of carrying out in Romania the activity of construction project verifiers. The construction project verifier carries out their activity in one of the following forms - as an employee of a legal entity that has in its statute activities regarding the technical quality verification of projects, in compliance with legal provisions - authorized as a natural person to carry out activities independently - as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with the valid ID card issued by the competent authority together with the certificate of certification.

Regulated profession: The certified project verifier profession is found at item 9 in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
