This procedure describes the way in which specialists—natural persons, certified as construction project verifiers—can extend the validity of their right to practice. The project verifier carries out their activity in one of the following forms: as an employee of a legal entity that has technical quality project verification activities provided for in its statute, in compliance with legal provisions; authorized, as a natural person, to carry out activities independently; or as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with the valid ID card, issued by the competent authority along with the certification certificate.
