Tax certificate regarding local taxes and duties, valid, showing that there are no outstanding debts to the local budget*

Location plan and site survey*

The CF extract or any official document (property deed, building permit, etc.) showing the function as a space with a purpose other than residence. Exceptions are situations where the point of operation is located in a temporary construction (kiosk), for which only the building permit for placing the kiosk or the authorization for occupying public domain is required.*

Certificate of urbanism, building permit, or permit for change of use of the space, as applicable*

Sanitation contract concluded with an authorized company in the Sinaia area and a copy of the invoice and the related receipt from the month preceding the one in which the documentation is submitted*

The operating schedule subject to approval. For cases where the activity at the location subject to authorization exceeds 10 PM, the applicant will notify the Sinaia City Hall of this.*

The notarial agreement of all owners for the use of common parts held in joint ownership, if applicable*

Proof of ownership of a number of parking spaces according to HG525/1996 – General Urbanism Regulation, article 33 and appendix 5 to it*

Proof of possession of approvals or legal authorizations: sanitary authorization from the Public Health Directorate, sanitary-veterinary authorization from ANSVSA, environmental authorization from the Environmental Protection Agency, fire safety authorization from ISU, as applicable*
