The procedure is addressed to persons who wish to obtain a certificate attesting the construction/extension of a building
The application is registered at the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION DEPARTMENT only after:
- checking the completion of the application according to the form
- checking the list of required documents and how they are presented
- checking the existence of the applicant's signature or their legal representative’s signature
- copy of applicant's identity document/company registration
The requested documents will be sent to the applicant or their legal representative either by mail or in person based on signature and identification.
Resolution timeframe: 15 calendar days from the date of application registration.
