This notice of principle allows traders, natural or legal persons (authorized to carry out activities of selling food products such as fruits and vegetables) to conduct the activity of displaying products on urban furniture, intended for this purpose, placed on land in the private property of natural or legal persons, unenclosed and with public access.
In order to obtain the notice of principle whose object is the placement of urban furniture intended for displaying food products such as fruits and vegetables, the trader will address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard application. This is registered at least 30 days before starting the activity. The standard application will include identification details of the trader: trader name, registered office, CUI, registration number in the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the location in front of which the street furniture is to be placed.This standard application is accompanied by documentation comprising documents established by the regulatory acts of the local authority.
The department that handles the request is the Municipality's Heritage and Property Registration Directorate, Trade Authorizations Service. The municipality's notice of principle is issued for an indefinite period.
