In accordance with OG 80/2000, with subsequent amendments and completions, and OMTCT 2135/2005, RAR issues the operating authorization for economic operators, other than producers, who partition and package certified or RAR-approved operating materials.

This procedure describes the way in which RAR processes requests submitted by applicants for authorization, up to the moment of setting, by mutual agreement with the applicant, the date for on-site verification: https://www.rarom.ro/?page_id=937

The application must be dated, signed by the legal representatives of the applicant for authorization, and stamped, indicating the person designated for relations with RAR. These persons must meet the requirement of honorability. The authorization application shall refer only to products that belong to the same group of operating materials (engine oils, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, greases, antifreeze liquid, brake fluid, windshield washer solutions).*
