In accordance with OG 82/2000, amended and approved by Law 222/2003 with subsequent amendments and completions, with the provisions of OMTCT 2131/2005 and OMTCT 229/2003 with subsequent amendments and completions, RAR issues the technical operating authorization for economic operators who carry out activities of installation, technical review, and repair of motor supply systems with LPG or CNG, based on a technical capability audit carried out at each of the applicant's workshops. This procedure describes how RAR processes the files submitted by legal entities for authorization, until the moment of setting, in agreement with the applicant, the date for carrying out the audit.
