The procedure is addressed to persons who wish to obtain an extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate.
The request is registered at the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION OFFICE only after:
-checking the completion of the request according to the form
-checking the list of necessary documents and the way in which they are presented
-checking the identification elements regarding the applicant and the property
-checking the existence of the applicant's or their legal representative's signature
-checking proof of fee payment (if applicable)
The requested Urban Planning Certificates will be sent to the applicant or their legal representative either by mail or in person on the basis of signature and identification.
Processing time: 15 days from the submission of the request
