For the issuance of the travel license annex for the secondary office, in the case of shutting down or setting up a secondary office, the economic operator submits to the central public institution responsible for tourism a documentation with the following content (see below, Necessary Documents section). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the request, through a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as on the consequences for the analysis deadline provided for in paragraph (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of issuance of the first notification the documentation provided in paragraph (2) is not completed, it is filed.
