The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization to carry out installation and maintenance works on ventilation systems and installations for smoke and hot gas evacuation. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is granted for a fee.
