The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization to carry out maintenance work on special installations of fire-fighting vehicles. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para. 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out works in the field of fire protection is performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
