The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making an explicit request, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not in any cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college Account Libra RO81 BREL 0002 0008 3293 0100, ​CIF 12664843 or at the College headquarters)

The registration fee to the College of Pharmacists of Romania is 10% of the minimum wage in the economy.
