Identification of children with disabilities and learning and socio-school adaptation difficulties, who require classification into a degree of disability, following direct requests, referrals from specialists who come into contact with children with disabilities, and ex officio notifications.
It is addressed to children with disabilities and special educational needs, from Sector 1, following the complex assessment a certificate of classification into a degree of disability is issued.

- for autism spectrum disorders/childhood autism - MANDATORY the diagnosis to be completed based on medical-psychological criteria regarding impairment of the 4 levels (socialization, language, self-care, and motor)*
