This procedure regulates the extension of the building/demolition permit issued by the Maramureș County Institution. The department handling the request is the Document Intake Department.
To extend the validity of the building/demolition permit, the following documents must be completed and submitted to the issuer:
- standard request (Form - model F.12 - REQUEST for extending the validity of the building/demolition permit);
- proof of payment for the extension fee.
- the original building/demolition permit issued.
- Technical documentation - D.T.
The request for extending the validity of the building/demolition permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
The issuance of the building/demolition permit is conditioned by sending the original documents by mail to the issuer’s headquarters, if they are not electronically signed.

In the case of a dispute between the beneficiary and the competent authority, the provisions of common law shall apply.
