Owner's consent for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in cases where the land is held by a person other than the owner; administrator's consent for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in cases where the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state - in original and copy;*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from agricultural use), as applicable;*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity with a maximum of 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished); (except for public utility investment works);*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the Trade Register or the document on the basis of which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity;*
