ANIF approval for the permanent or temporary removal from agricultural use of lands located outside the built-up area of localities - for legal entities*

The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of permits in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the permit is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension can be granted, upon a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the ANIF permit validity period for which the extension is requested) and after its field verification.

The permit extension will bear a different registration number from the ANIF permit issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months. After this date, a new extension of the permit validity is not possible; the applicant will have to obtain, under the law, another ANIF permit.

ANIF issues permits within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
