The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity with a maximum of 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the issuance of the building permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works).*
