In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, respectively delegation, resolution of the general meeting of associations, decision of the sole associate, decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person residing abroad;*

The owner’s consent for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; the administrator’s consent for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state, in original and copy;*

The technical documentation/project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be verified according to the law, mandatorily by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of national road works, express roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges;*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of the submission of the documentation (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of law 138/2004); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization to execute construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works);*

DAJ decision and a copy of the ANIF approval for the permanent or temporary removal from agricultural use of land located outside the built-up area of localities, for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed when issuing the approval (if applicable)*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the Trade Registry or the document based on which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity;*
