For extending the validity of the building permit, a standard request form (according to the Form - model F.12 - REQUEST for extending the validity of the building permit) must be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the originally issued building permit.
The request for extending the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Upon submitting the request to extend the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee. The department handling the request is the Urbanism and Territorial Planning Service, Urbanism Department.
