The procedure applies at the request of the activity holder, for the purpose of evaluating compliance with the legal regulations regarding public health for operational objectives that carry out activities posing a risk to the health of the population.
The procedure is mandatory for:
a) activities involving the use of biocidal products for disinfection, pest control, and rodent control in spaces used by the population;
b) hairdressing activities and other beautification activities - starting January 1, 2021.
