The procedure for sanitary operating authorization based on self-declaration for projects under rehabilitation applies to all individuals or legal entities carrying out one of the activities listed in annex no. 2 to OMS no. 1030/2009 with modifications and additions, and which are not subject to registration with the trade registry.
For this procedure NO FEE IS CHARGED
