The extract from the land register for information purposes, accompanied by the extract from the cadastral plan, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. (except in cases where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure according to the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished); (except for public utility investment works) When issuing ANIF approvals for drawing up GUP, ZUP, DDP, it is determined specifically whether there are land improvement works on the requested area, so that when requesting the Technical Approval, the beneficiary shall present a project comprising the technical solution for protecting the land improvement works located on the perimeter of the area in question. The existence of these works within the requested perimeter, which is intended to be included within the built-up area of the locality, shall be highlighted in the Approval for drawing up GUP / ZUP as a strict condition to be observed when executing the work. These conditions will be verified on site by the inspector of specialty/ANIF counselor and will be delimited and highlighted on the situation plans. Failure to comply with the imposed conditions will lead to the annulment of the ANIF Approval for drawing up GUP / ZUP issued.*
