BENEFICIARIES:
Children aged between 0-12 months who do not benefit from breast milk and meet the following criteria:
- mothers who have contraindications for breastfeeding due to serious illnesses: active pulmonary TB, neoplasms, cachexia, septicemia, severe mental illnesses, multiple sclerosis, renal or cardiac insufficiency, decompensated diabetes mellitus, mother infected with HIV, treatment with cytostatics, diazepines, anticoagulants, radioisotopes;
- healthy children who show unsatisfactory growth below the lower limit of normal for their age due to the absence or quantitative insufficiency of breast milk;
- adopted child or child in foster care;
- child with deceased mother.
