Issuing the operating permit for shooting ranges (legal entities)*

For authorizing the operation of shooting ranges, the interested person must submit to the competent police authority an application accompanied by the following documents: a) the establishment act of the authorized legal or natural person and, where applicable, the registration certificate in the trade register, in original and copy; b) proof of legal possession of the property where the shooting range is located, in original and copy; c) the certificate of conformity regarding the fulfillment of technical safety standards; d) copies of identity documents, employment contracts, and certificates of professional qualification or other documents having the same legal value, for the staff designated to manage, maintain, and supervise the shooting ranges, for the staff designated to supervise the activities carried out within these ranges, respectively for instructors in the shooting ranges; e) proof that the shooting range is provided with a first aid station, as well as copies of employment contracts and certificates of professional qualification or other documents having the same legal value, for the staff specialized in providing first aid and emergency medical assistance in case of specific accidents; f) proof of the existence in the shooting range of individual protective equipment during shooting; g) the rules of organization and operation of the shooting range, signed by the range administrator; h) proof of payment of the fees provided by law for authorization; i) power of attorney for representation regarding the person submitting the documents and requesting the authorization, except in situations where they are submitted by the head of the legal entity.
