The Romanian citizen or citizen of another Member State in the EU, EEA or of the Swiss confederation, who has an uninterrupted practice in his speciality of at least 4 years and has a an academic specialisation, confirmed by a bachelor degree in the field of forensic expertise for which the application is submitted.

Criminal record certificate, within the validity period*

The applicant will submit the criminal record certificate, which is within its validity period. Romanian citizens will submit the original criminal record certificate. Citizens of a European Union Member State, other than Romania, will submit the criminal record certificate accompanied by the standard multilingual form – an auxiliary translation tool [Annex No. XI to Regulation (EU) 2016/1191]. Citizens of the Member States of the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation will submit the criminal record certificate apostilled or superlegalized, as the case may be, accompanied by its legalized translation.*
