The national logo is used for the purpose of identifying on the market agricultural and/or food products that have obtained national protection under quality systems and which guarantee that the products bearing this logo meet the following conditions: a) are produced on the territory of Romania and are marketed in accordance with the provisions regarding the marketing of agricultural and food products b) are certified by an inspection and certification body recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development c) are protected on the national territory, in accordance with the provisions of Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development no. 1,762/2015 Annex 4 to ORDER no. 1762/2015 and Annex 4 a to ORDER no. 1762/2015*
