This procedure describes how, entities with legal personality, that hold a laboratory authorized for analysis and testing in construction, will inform I.S.C. about the changes in the legal structure of the laboratory beside changes in other conditions of authorization and operation, equipment and personnel. The authorization attests the legal competence to issue, under the law, documents stating the fulfilment of construction standards and quality standards of construction materials.

Legally constituted legal entity or an entity with legal personality within a legal entity, based in the E.U. and/or Romania, which owns a laboratory authorized by the State Inspectorate for Construction I.S.C.

Appeal routes
In the situation where the requirements for the modification of the requesting laboratory's authorization are not met, the authorization commission communicates to it, by written notice, the decision to reject the modification request, which can be contested within 10 days from the date of communication. The appeals submitted by the requesting legal entities whose modification request was rejected are received at I.S.C. and are re-examined by the authorization commission together with all the documents submitted in the file, which will decide, as the case may be, to admit/reject the appeal.
