In the situation where the requirements are not met by the new head of the laboratory, the authorization committee communicates to the laboratory, through a written note, the decision to reject the request for evaluation of the new head of the laboratory, which can be contested within 10 days from the date of communication. The appeals submitted by the applicant legal entities whose request for evaluation of the new head of the laboratory has been rejected are received by the I.S.C. and are reanalyzed by the authorization committee together with all documents submitted to the file, which will decide, as the case may be, to admit/reject the appeal.
