This procedure describes how individuals, nationals of other Member States of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) may apply for authorization based on exam in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law. Holding the authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from authorized persons to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.
Entitled persons
Applicants who are citizens of another EU or EEA member state who hold a university teaching position and belong to a higher education institution and carry out teaching and research activities in one of the authorized fields/subfields or who hold a scientific title of doctor in the fundamental field of "engineering sciences" in one of the authorized fields/subfields provided by the procedure
*Regulated professions
The profession of site supervisor is included in Annex no. 2 - List of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions*
