Procedure regarding the recognition of the execution technical manager authorization obtained in another EU Member State, EEA, or the Swiss Confederation and registration in the Register of authorized execution technical managers*

You can request recognition of the authorization of technical execution responsibility obtained in another EU member state, EEA or the Swiss Confederation, Romanian citizens or citizens of another EU member state, EEA or the Swiss Confederation, who have been authorized to carry out the activity of technical execution responsibility by an act of authority - authorization or equivalent document, issued by the competent authorities recognized in those states, who wish to carry out the activity in Romania. For the recognition of the authorization, these persons will request registration in the Register of authorized technical execution responsibles, for carrying out the activity, in the authorization field indicated on the document attesting the status of technical execution responsible, on the territory of Romania, under the conditions of the law.

Based on the request submitted by the applicant, I.S.C. recognizes the document attesting the status of technical execution responsible obtained in the country of origin or provenance and registers it in the Register of authorized technical execution responsibles.

Romanian citizen specialists or citizens of another EU or EEA member state, who have been authorized to carry out the activity of technical responsible for execution through an act of authority - authorization or equivalent document - issued by competent authorities recognized in those states, and who wish to perform the activity in Romania

Regulated professions
The profession of technical manager for execution is included in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania.*

Appeal routes

The rejection of applicants’ registration in the Register of authorized technical execution managers can be contested within 15 working days from the date of receiving its notification. Appeals are resolved by the authorization committee within 15 working days from their registration.
