In order to obtain the tourism license, the individual submits to the headquarters of the central public institution responsible for tourism the necessary documentation provided in Chapter IX General provisions regarding the conditions and criteria for issuing the tourism license from Order 65/2013 with subsequent amendments and completions.
The applicant's request is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its submission along with the complete documentation. In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the request, by a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the review period of the provided documentation. If within 6 months from the date the notification is issued, the provided documentation is not complete, it will be closed.
