I. PREUNIVERSITY EDUCATION:
The methodology for schooling Romanians from abroad in the state pre-university education system in Romania for study places without tuition fees but with a scholarship, respectively without tuition fees but without a scholarship starting from the 2017-2018 school year

II. HIGHER EDUCATION:
1. In the academic year 2018 - 2019, state higher education institutions in Romania are organizing the admission contest for Romanians from abroad, including citizens of the Republic of Moldova, to undergraduate/master/doctoral studies, based on university autonomy, similar to the previous year, according to the provisions in the higher education methodology;
2. Candidates may opt for any field of study and any state higher education institution in Romania or, in the case of candidates from the Republic of Moldova, within the extensions opened by Romanian universities in Chisinau, Cahul and Balti;
3. To ensure compliance with the submission deadline set by higher education institutions, we recommend exclusively sending application files to universities to avoid delays in processing/reception, as might occur if sent via other channels;
4. Enrollment in accredited state and private higher education institutions in Romania, for fee-paying places in lei, is based on the provisions of MEN Order no. 4294/29.06.2017;
5. Additional information regarding admission to Romanian universities can be obtained by accessing the links of each higher education institution in the attached information document to this procedure.
