This methodology includes rules for the organization and conduct of the certification examination of the qualification of graduates of high school education, technological branch, hereinafter referred to as the certification examination, for obtaining the qualification certificate, in accordance with art. 31 para. (6) and art. 77 para. (6) and (7) of the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Graduates of high school education, technological branch, who take and pass the certification examination obtain the level 4 qualification certificate, according to the National Qualifications Framework, and the descriptive supplement of the certificate, in Europass format.
