Sports classification certificate / sports instructor card with current annual visa / certificate of professional competences / certificate confirming the achieved sports results*

Original certificate from the national sports federation stating the sports classification category (category I for individual sports, I or II for team sports, as the case may be) or a photocopy of the sports instructor license with current annual endorsement for those who do not have a sports classification category (or a photocopy of the professional competence certificate, level 4 issued by sports high schools, as applicable). For candidates who have ranked I-VI at the Olympic Games and I-III at European and World Senior, Youth, Junior, and Cadet Championships, the National Sports Federation issues a certificate confirming the results obtained and requests the admission of candidates without an entrance exam.*
